SIGN guideline recommendations are available on the move with the award-winning SIGN app. Developed by the SIGN Executive in collaboration with Root Creative, Glasgow.

Updated in 2014 for new operating systems, the SIGN app now features a clean, modern look enhanced by a modern sans-serif font, combining elegance with legibility.

New features include:

• Send PDF button, send a PDF version of the Guideline you are viewing to a mailbox address.

• Split screen viewing and browsing (iPad only).

New content includes:

SIGN 139: Care of deteriorating patients - Consensus recommendations

SIGN 139 provides consensus recommendations based on expert opinion for best practice in the management of deteriorating adult patients. The recommendations are intended to guide NHSScotland boards, hospitals and health professionals in the development of local systems that will deliver reliable recognition and response to the deteriorating patients in their care.

SIGN 140: Management of primary cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma

SIGN 140 provides recommendations for referral, management and follow up of patients aged 18 years and over with primary invasive SCC. It addresses pathological, clinical and tumour features, or combination of features, that best facilitate risk stratification in patients with primary invasive cutaneous SCC.

The QRG content is enhanced with material from the main guideline and online resources, linked to the SIGN website. The app features keyword search, bookmarking and access to the SIGN website. New QRGs will be available as an update as they are published, building into a complete library.

Aktualisiert im Jahr 2014 für neue Betriebssysteme, die SIGN-App bietet nun eine saubere, moderne Optik verstärkt durch eine moderne serifenlose Schrift, das Eleganz mit Lesbarkeit.

Neue Features umfassen:

MELDEN 139: Pflege des Patienten verschlechtert - Consensus Empfehlungen

SIGN 139 bietet Konsens Empfehlungen basierend auf Gutachten für beste Praxis in der Verwaltung der Verschlechterung der erwachsenen Patienten. Die Empfehlungen sollen NHSScotland Platten, Krankenhäuser und Gesundheitsberufe in der Entwicklung der lokalen Systeme, die zuverlässige Erkennung und Reaktion auf die sich verschlechternden Patienten in ihrer Obhut liefern wird zu führen.

SIGN 140: Management von primär kutanen Plattenepithelkarzinom

MELDEN 140 bietet Empfehlungen für Weisung, Management und Follow-up von Patienten im Alter von 18 Jahren mit primärer invasiven SCC. Es richtet sich pathologische, klinische und Tumormerkmale oder Kombination von Merkmalen, die am besten zu erleichtern Risikostratifizierung bei Patienten mit primärer invasive Haut SCC.

Die QRG Inhalt wird mit Material von den wichtigsten Leitfaden und Online-Ressourcen, um das Vorzeichen Website verlinkt verbessert. Die App verfügt über Keyword-Suche, Lesezeichen und der Zugriff auf das SIGN-Website. New QRGs verfügbar sein wird als Update wie sie veröffentlicht werden, den Aufbau in eine komplette Bibliothek.
